About us
ConfiPlus was created by an ostomate, Anne Inch, for her late husband Iain, who had an Ileostomy and suffered from constant leakage during frequent stays in the hospital. The first iteration was made on her sewing machine and grew in popularity from there with other patients in the ward.
The company, Confidence Plus Ltd, was formed in 2019 in Scotland and ConfiPlus went on sale in the UK in December 2020. We are a small independent company, who has won business awards for their innovation and is known for excellent customer service. The journey navigating the MedTech industry has not been easy, but the feedback received over the years from our loyal customers keeps us focused and moving forward.
December 2024 brings us to the USA, and Florida, our home state. Already visited, we will be spending more time in the States going forward. The future of ConfiPlus is looking bright, with lots of new innovation on the horizon too, it’s an exciting time for all.
Sustainability
Confidence Plus Ltd puts sustainability at the heart of all it’s decisions. We source our materials consciously and ethically and have set an ambitious goal of our products being fully biodegradable within ten years. All our products are manufactured in the UK to reduce our carbon footprint.
